Seafood Paccheri and rigatoni
«I wanted a mouthwatering seafood pasta – Ciccio Sultano says – where there was more than just a light splash of the sea. I prepared a dish of substance, enjoyable and satisfying».
And so, homemade paccheri and rigatoni marry red prawns, Caramote prawns, scampi, squids, cuttlefish and lobster, seasoned with dried cherry tomatoes and cherry tomato sauce by Ciccio Sultano.
