The dining room is double feminine
Two girls take care of the dining room at the restaurant of Ciccio Sultano, and they are part of the team headed by Riccardo Andreoli. Two make the perfect number for a special touch.
Michela Vitale, from Palermo and the right-hand woman of Riccardo Andreoli, has joined the Sultano Group two years ago. She says: «This restaurant is really like a home, with actual doors and rooms. And this is how it should be lived. Even a brief chat could help our guests relax and feel our welcome». Giulia Berhane, with Eritrean origins, is chef de rang and has been in the Sultano group for two years now. She says that sensitivity makes the difference – she highlights: «it’s important to prevent that the automatism of decisions generates a false sense of security. That would inevitably lead to errors». She finds Sicily simply marvellous.
