Divine cocktails at CantieriSultano: Poseidon
The God of the sea brings life to one of the new cocktails served at CantieriSultano and created by Mattia Cilia, bar manager of the Sultano Group. It’s an encounter between the land and the sea, through the Mediterranean Scrub and, particularly, through pine scent. The resulting drink is a revisitation of an Americano, with a base of Fusetti bitters, vermouth Coloniale, water, and mauro seaweed. Thanks to the carbonation process, the seaweed releases all its marine flavour. In order to add an extra sensory element, the cocktail is topped with a mousse with balsamic pine essence that recalls the sea foam. The final touch is a spoonful of caviar.
