Divine cocktails at CantieriSultano: Persephone
The divine young woman, abducted in Sicily by Hades, is the muse for one of the new cocktails served at CantieriSultano and created by Mattia Cilia, the Sultano Group bar manager.
The cocktail Persephone is available at Sultano’s secret bar, Cantieri Sultano, upon reservation. After the dish of the Persephone chicken, here is a drink that also focuses on the myth’s pomegranate, re-proposed in dehydrated powder form on the rim of the glass. Mescal, agave spirit, mint leaves, and Strega liqueur contribute to the powerful taste of the drink.
