From Sicily to the world, and viceversa
The wine cellar of Ciccio Sultano’s restaurant, supervised by Antonio Currò, offers a map of great labels from Sicily to the world and vice versa. Each one of them tell the story of men and vineyards. In a two Michelin starred restaurant, the wine isn’t just an extra for the dish but an essential component to be added to the food. And taking care of it is fundamental, to a complete culinary experience.
