Thirty-three new cocktails for the Sultano Group.
Mattia Cilia is the Sultano Group’s bar manager. He has prepared 33 new cocktails, different according to the locations: I Banchi, Ciccio Sultano’s Restaurant and Cantieri Sultano’s lounge.
«We thought to adjust the offer according to the style of the place and the guests’ requests – explains Mattia Cilia. For I Banchi, we opted for a pop style based on simplified and young blends; for Ciccio Sultano’s Restaurant, the mixes will tend to a more complex mood, aligned with the Michelin starred cuisine; at Cantieri Sultano, instead, we give space to more experimental options».
