«I have just opened at the W Rome, in Liguria Street – says Ciccio Sultano – today, my new project, Giano Restaurant, begins. It is inspired by the concept of “Cucina Educata”, the sum of many Sicilian traditions: a rustic and contemplative cuisine, elegant and refined.
