The accolade – The Italian Special Awards 2022, Birrificio Fratelli Perrella Award – recognizes the skill and dedication demonstrated by the front of the house. Maître of the year is an award that goes hand in hand with the result obtained by Ciccio Sultano’s restaurant, which ranked fifth among the fifty best restaurants in Italy. As the profile page reads, the restaurant is characterized by «a cuisine, or, better to say, a style which is uniquely personal and impossible to compare to anyone…».
