Together with his sommelier, Ciccio Sultano has created “In my hands”: a guided selection of extraordinary wines to pair with the tasting menu.
«The labels I suggest match each dish, from the aperitif to the dessert, both technically and emotionally – Sommelier Antonio Currò highlights. A tasting menu at Ciccio Sultano’s restaurant comprises eight courses, and the wine pairing that we propose, thanks to the Coravin system, include on average between nine and ten glasses». Regularly awarded for the size and quality of his Sicilian, Italian and international cellar, Ciccio Sultano’s restaurant offers an adventure that doesn’t leave anything to chance and aims for an all-comprehensive experience.
The “In my hands” wine selection price, which can be paired with the tasting menu, is 210 euros. Among the top names, it is worth mentioning Ornellaia, Barbaresco Gaja, Prefilossera di Palmento Costanzo.
