Never change a team that works, but you expand it

 

Ciccio Sultano confirmed last year’s team in the kitchen of his restaurant.
They are: Marco Corallo, Chef Senior, who follows Sultano since the opening in via Capitano Bocchieri in Ibla; Fabrizio Fiorani, exuberant and meticulous pastry chef, who, not too surprisingly, won the title Best Pastry Chef for Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, assisted by Lucrezia Giletti, second pastry chef; Alessandro Fornaro, the latest addition to the team, in the role of chef. Fornaro, also Sicilian, has gained remarkable experience in the restaurants of the Bombana group.
Sultano, two Michelin stars chef, aims to further strengthen his cuisine’s creative and executive skills by placing each dish at the same level for finishing touches and refinement. And with this team, we have all the right resources needed to bring the new menu dedicated to Saints and goddesses, a tribute to Sicily’s femininity, to success.
