Aquanova: new and good water
Ciccio Sultano has chosen Aquanova to produce purified water for cooking and for Duomo’s restaurant and I Banchi’s bar. It’s an essential step for living, both guests and staff, in a more eco-sustainable way.
There will be installed a system based on reserve osmosis for the kitchen, which will purify water from chlorine and nitrates, metals, and pesticides present in the aquifers. There will be a second system in place for the dining rooms and the bar, which uses microfiltration, to provide guests with still, sparkling and cool water.
