We reopen with a menu dedicated to the saints and the goddesses of Sicily

From 1 June, the Ciccio Sultano’s Restaurant and Cantieri Sultano (the lounge and experimental space located in the same Via Capitano Bocchieri, in the historic centre of Ibla, few steps away from Duomo) will reopen. A beautiful and good fine dining experience is back: a modern Sicilian cuisine, international by vocation, impeccably served, inseparable from its large cellar, inside the historic La Rocca palace, where the movie Divorzio all’Italiana with Marcello Mastroianni was filmed.
«We are coming back with a menu that’s more than a symbol – Ciccio Sultano says. It will be a menu that tells about divine food, featuring recipes inspired by the saints and goddesses fond of Sicily. A menu that, through the continuous reinvention of tradition, says that the territory must be protected, with everything that it contains: landscape, people, plants, fish and animals. It’s a menu that doesn’t hide its head in the sand, but it rather makes the most of the experience we are living in, looking to the future».
