See you at I Banchi
I Banchi, a bakery with a kitchen, reopens with the takeaway service. We start at 8.30 am, with our breakfast: freshly baked bread, croissants, brioche, granita with Sicilian lemon, Pizzuta d’Avola almond and Raffadali’s pistachio. And the list goes on, with our range of cakes, biscuits, juices. We continue in the early afternoon, until 3 pm, with arancine, sfincione and our land and sea à la carte menu. There is some news too: sliced pizza, with rich portions that enhance the ingredients’ quality. The choice of suppliers has always distinguished the products and the dishes at I Banchi. A tradition of quality and traceability is in place here: from Sicilian flours of Molino del Ponte to Aia Gaia chickens and eggs, from Capitelli ham and Palmieri mortadella to the prosciutto Crudo of Sant’Ilario, from the Ragusano DOP cheese to Sallemi Tonda Iblea extra virgin olive oil and the cherry tomato purée signed by Ciccio Sultano, from the Testa Conserve products to the spices by Angelo Liali, to an accurate selection of wines and sparkling wines from Sicily and beyond. The takeaway service continues from 5.30 pm to 10 pm with the cafeteria, our list of aperitifs and appetizers, and the à la carte menu.
