Goodbye
Judging from some reactions, it seems that our “goodbye”, by which we have titled the post where we announce the period of closure, has been interpreted as an emotional choice, in the wake of the latest medical bulletin. Actually, it was a choice discussed as possible since June.
A possibility to take into consideration.
When we opened, we worked very well. Closing, today, means only a goodbye. We are preparing the panettoni and there we will meet again, at I Banchi, personally, on the 4rd December.
