Incuso’s new oils

 

These days we are serving the new oil of the two Incuso labels: Il Mozzafiato (breathtaking) and L’Etichetta nera (black label). The first one is milled in late September, while the second in mid-October. They are oils of great personality, with low yields and high quality. When tasted, Il Mozzafiato is spicy, bitter and fruity compared to the Etichetta nera, which is sweeter and more balanced. In the Mozzafiato you will find hints of cut grass, tomato leaf, almond husk, while in the Etichetta nera the artichoke, tomato and almond emerge.
