Here a theme dear to the great Hyblean returns. The sauce is a reduction of lamb, cheese and herbs emulsion. The meat, the milk, the lawn. And then the ravioli, three intense bites. Please note: the herbs are those from the garden of Marco Corallo, Sultan’s right-hand arm.
