Salad “from the countryside to the sea” by Casa Sultano
Today, under Ciccio’s guidance, Gabriella has prepared a salad that “travels” from the countryside to the sea. It is made with shredded hen’s breast, a dressing made with 5 Aia Gaia egg yolks, 3 Testa Conserve anchovies, 150ml extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and lemon, salt, chili and water to make it smooth.
