Food & Wine Italia crowns Fabrizio Fiorani as best pastry chef under 35

 

Fabrizio Fiorani, pastry chef of the restaurant of Ciccio Sultano, after winning the title of best pastry chef of Asia in 2019, has obtained also the title of best pastry chef under 35 for 2020. The magazine Food & Wine Italy, which chooses to award those who distinguish themselves for the young age, talent and innovation, is assigning it. Author of two books, Avanguardia (Avenguarde) and Tra l’onirico e il reale (Between dreamlike and reality) , for Chiriotti editore, collaborating with important brand, Fiorani defines his own art «a way to gift happiness, where exaltation happens through removal». «A subtraction, helped by the selection and by the absolute mastery of the techniques – he clarifies – that has not to do with the general health, which is still entrusted to the good rule of moderation, but that aims to the essential».
