Exactly twenty years

 

In 2020, Ciccio Sultano’s restaurant will turn twenty. We will celebrate, by putting more efforts and improving in every aspect. In the meantime, I can announce that this year, Fabrizio Fiorani will become part of the family, a Roman who last year has been acknowledged as the best pastry chef of Asia.
He will be at the helm of the dessert kitchen, while Sultano and Marco Corallo will take care of the sour one. But, as it happens for every new relationship, based on esteem, cross-contaminations won’t miss.
Not only that, but also: Riccardo Andreoli, who has been for ten years at the Pergola by Heinz Beck, is the new restaurant manager of the Restaurant, that could count on a brigade of twelve elements in the kitchen and of eight in the restaurant, coordinated by restaurant manager Gabriella Cicero.
