The comfort of the pasta
A pasta dish is always what is needed. It comforts you, it puts you in a good mood. At the point that we have produced a survival kit to make Turiddu pasta everywhere, pairing it with Dydime, a dry version of the Malvasia di Saline, bottled by Tasca D’Almerita. The recipe for four people is the historic one of Luigi Carnacina, but everyone can redo it according to their personal taste, varying with the quantities and the type of seasoning. In the kit, there is a pack of Spaghetti Cappelli di Carla Latini, 2 bottles of Turiddu sauce, seasoned with black olives, capers, anchovies, garlic, onion, wild fennel; a small jar of muddica atturrata with breadcrumbs of durum wheat bread, extra virgin olive oil, Nubia red garlic, chili and oregano; a small jar of dry chili and a bottle of 100 ml of extra virgin oil monocultivar Tonda Iblea di Sallemi.
