A new dessert is in the menu of Ciccio Sultano’s Restaurant. A pudding with no ifs and buts: round, sensual, extremely delicious. Fuyu persimmon fillets, apple, marinated in amaretto, lotus grit in liquid nitrogen, vanilla milk cream, ice cream with infusion of Moak arabic coffee in grains. And for a glorious conclusion, white truffle and marron glacé.
