New Year’s dinner at Sultano’s
Great menu for New Year. Great for variety, richness of ingredients and great for the elegance of the techniques and flavours. Ciccio Sultano has put in the list: prawns tartare with ginger and almond or with the famous truffle ice cream, repeated strong points like ray wings, mullet, puff pastry; fettuccelle with sour white sauce and mosaic of raw fish, tribute to the Normans; venison in a coat of potato and lentils with little strawberries of Maletto flavoured with candied ginger, grape juice and Porto sauce. Finally, the regular panettone becomes a montblanc with panettone.
The menu, offered for 190 euro, is accompanied by two tastings to be chosen among six glasses: Distinct (80 euros) and Ragionata in Magnum (110 euros).
