Pasta of patience, autumn with sea urchins

 

The pasta of patience is back: patri nostri, gnocchetti and pizziliati, handmade and seasoned, this time, with sanapo sauce, the wild mustard, bitter grass from our fields, sea urchins, diamond shaped lemon pieces and cuttlefish curls lightly seared.
We add, in the end, raw leaves of sanapo that reminds of the wasabi and here is Sicily emerging from the autumn, shining as usual.
