Epicurus in Venice with Marriott and Ciccio Sultano

For the JW Epicurean & Mindful Experience, Sultano will cook two of his most beloved dishes that have marked a renaissance of Sicilian cuisine: handmade spaghettone, taratatà, with Moorish sauce, tuna bottarga and carrot and a cannoli of cow’s milk ricotta.
