Stage at Cantieri Sultano
Here they are, gathered in the Cantieri Sultano cellar for a group photo. They are the interns who have experimented with the kitchens and rooms at the two-star restaurant and I Banchi, the bakery with the kitchen. A solemn thanks goes to the Hotel Institute Carlo Porta in Milan who took the opportunity to test its students.
This is also Cantieri Sultano, an open door on the kitchen table for those starting their own training journey. The Invitation is addressed, first of all, to the Sicilian Hotel institutes.
