September 26th-29th, Gather, A JW Epicurean & Mindful Experience

 

Mark the dates: from 26 to 29 September, we’ll be cooking at the JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa. A unique place: Venice, an extraordinary location: the Marriott on the Isola delle Rose; an experience that any epicurean would want. A total feast for the palate and mind.
On our menu, there will be l’insalata di mare in finta pizza, handmade spaghettone taratatà, with Moorish sauce, tuna bottarga and carrot; a cannolo of cow’s milk ricotta; ricotta ravioli, vegetables and Tuma Persa cheese; dolce from Pastamara, Ragusa-Modica-Matera and at the final dinner a lasagna of shellfish and fish.
