Ciccio Sultano and Krug in Ibla for the launch of Cantieri Sultano and in Milan
Ciccio Sultano and Krug or rather, the elegance of taste. The Sicilian chef and the great Maison of Champagne come together both for the inauguration at Ibla of Cantieri Sultano, a space to think and to do, and in Milan for a dinner at the Dolce & Gabbana Martini Bistrot in Milan, where three disarming dishes were served with skill: seafood salad on eggplant paté, bergamot jelly, an emulsion of olive oil and Moroccan mint; Sultano’s fresh spaghetti with taratatà sauce; and cannolo à la volée. Three alone, three snapshots from the Island, the center of the world, accompanied by as many champions, Krug Grande Cuvée 167ème Edition, Krug 2004 and Krug Rosé 23ème Edition.
At the party for Cantieri, there were, among others, the mayor Giuseppe Cassì, Carola Baggio for Krug, Rita Montanari of Electrolux and Lola Schanabel. A big thank you to Jonathan and Valentina Caruso from Lombardo Ristorando.
