“Three loaves” – top score for I Banchi by Gambero Rosso
The first guide on bakers and bakeries covering 350 locations, Panettieri & Pani by Gambero Rosso, is now published. I Banchi, the bakery and kitchen designed by Ciccio Sultano and directed by chef Peppe Cannistrà, has been awarded the highest rating: three loaves of bread. A result awarded to thirty-six bakeries in Italy and only two in Sicily.
The other bakery is Guccione in Palermo.
