Pasta of patience with sea urchin
Sea urchin, Cola dell’Etna apples and sea lettuce. A dish dedicated to the patience of doing, to the love for those sitting at the table. Three types of pasta made by hand at home: patrinostri, cavatelli in two forms and pizziliati (“pinch and spin”). Everything is completed with a light lemon soup.
