Harvest, dedicated to all of the cellars
A spectacular dish of the restaurant, taking a leap into the XXII century. At the base of the dish there is a ring of almond and chocolate jello. The hole in the center is filled with a tiny sphere of grape must gelato with clove and cinnamon. To finish, a gelée of grape must, topped with crystallized orange.
The recipe recalls the home-made desserts classically prepared during the harvest.
