Two tastings of great bubbles and wines
Under the watchful guide of our sommelier, Antonio Currò, we kindly invite you to try indulge in two tastings of great sparkling wines to pair with the Basileus Hyblon and Wind and Passion menus.
Two tried and true voyages. The first, which we’ve called “Perlage 2306 kilometers”, stands for the distance between the cellar of the restaurant in via Capitano Bocchieri in Ragusa Ibla and Reims, the capital of champagne, passing through Tuscany, Franciacorta, and Trentino along the way. Six labels, each as suprising as the varied destinations along the route.
The second pairing is called “Le Riserve of Sultano”, the best of chef Ciccio Sultano’s personal cellar, from unique, rare, and extraordinary bottles. Six different labels that are difficult to find elsewhere. A one-of-a-kind, one-way itinerary.
