Identità Golose conferisce a Sultano il premio Artigiano del Gusto
«È un premio che mi piace molto – sottolinea Ciccio Sultano – perché ribadisce il vincolo tra chi cucina e chi fornisce gli ingredienti da cui partire per fare grande un piatto.
«Ho sempre detto che chi difende l’onore dei fornitori, difende il proprio onore di cuoco e quello dei clienti. Ringrazio Francesco Zonin e Identità Golose e ringrazio, soprattutto, i miei fornitori, da chi lavora la terra a chi alleva, dai tanti vignaioli a chi va per mare come la Famiglia Testa, pescatori in Sicilia dal 1800.
